We ate at the one in Granbury tx. Food was great had chicken fried steak. Waitress was very nice. The onion strings were too garlicky so i had them taken off our bill.
She brought me a fried mushroom. Sample it was very good. At first we thought the steak was nt big enough but it turned out to be more than enough. They didnt have any cornbread ready so i dont know if it was any good.

The rolls were good. Overall nice experience and i would definitely go to this location again. I just hope the one in stephenvil le is the same because its closer to me. We had booked a birthday party over a month ago.
The restaurant confirmed the amount of people attending this morning. So what’s the problem?? Room was set up for 15 not 20-25. That was handled no. Drinks and food orders went ok. Food for 5 people came out, 15-20 minuets a few more people received food, a long wait for more food and then as people were leaving the last 6 people were fed. The server was crying, it wasn’t her fault.

A manager came out and explained they were short handed. We spent over 3 hours there.
It was a 91st birthday party and we have had her party there for years. I can say next year we will not have her party there. Tried out the new restaurant in Springdale. Food was really good and folks were friendly. I was a bit disappoint ed in the lack of knowledge of our waiter. I knew more about the menu than he did just. From looking at it on line and was charged an adult beverage instead of a kids.
Asked for my ranch on my burger to be on the side and ended up with a soggy bun when it was left on the burger. They were busy, he was obviously new to waiting tables & I'm sure it will be better in the future.j ust some things I didn't expect, but it's all good. We will be back!
Also, I signed up for the club and my free appetizer was already expired before the restaurant opened!:). The other night we ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was amazing! Tonight we both ordered the fried chicken salad and the lettuce on both salads was horrible. The pictures in your menu show a s. Alad with all dark greens, like Spinach. The salads we got had 10 pieces of dark greens between both of them! The rest of the salad was junky iceberg lettuce and chunks of the whitest iceberg.
Definitely not a nutritiona l choice. I’m not impressed and seeing as how we drove 30 minutes each way to eat at the cotton patch, it will be awhile before we go out of our way to eat there again. What have you done to Cotton Patch Frisco! So disappoint ed in the remodel, you took away the comfort, the history of Frisco on the walls, the quality of food that had flavor. The place is cold, the de. Cor is non-existe nt, the food is bland, no flavor or way too salty. My family didn't even finish our food, Chicken Fried Chicken gone to waste.

Even the bathroom is terrible, the sink faucet splashes water everywhere, folks that are lazy don't push the trash can foot peddle to throw used paper towels away, no they just throw them on top of it or on the floor. I'm so disappoint ed and hope you rethink everything and bring back the quality of food and the Frisco history back. I can say I spoke to Jaime the manager, he was very polite and wanted to take care of our meal but we said no, we prefer he speak to upper management to voice our disappoint ment in the change and want them to try and bring back what they can. Our family ate at Cotton Patch every weekend but now we will have to look at other establishm ents for comfort food.
